Order process was quite smooth. Received confirmation of item ready for collection within a week. Collection was also smooth without any delay after informing staff of the order number. For those driving, advice is to park outside near the Vertex building along the open air parking lot. Cheaper than parking at the building.
I used the iphone app to record 2 live lectures and I noted the transcription lapsed way behind the live conversation after about 20 minutes. At around the 23-24-minute the transcription was gone and replaced by the transcription of the ongoing live conversation. The entire live recording is available but not the entire note. Hope AOMEI can resolve my issue asap.
