Returns and refunds
Singapore and overseas orders
Our seven-day voluntary change-of-mind return policy applies only to Singapore orders. The seven-day deadline, eligibility conditions and voluntary change-of-mind return process below do not apply to overseas orders.
For overseas return enquiries, contact finance@aceperipherals.com with your order number and details of your request.
Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, return, refund, repair or replacement rights available under applicable law, whether for Singapore or overseas orders. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are handled separately from voluntary change-of-mind returns.
7-Day Change-of-Mind Returns
You may request an eligible change-of-mind return within 7 days after delivery.
This policy applies only to items purchased from available stock. To qualify, the item must be completely untouched, unused and unopened, with its original seals, packaging, accessories and labels intact. Proof of purchase is required.
Items Not Eligible for Change-of-Mind Returns
The following are excluded:

Pre-orders and special-order items.

Custom-made or personalised products.

Opened, used or altered products.

Software licence keys that have been issued or exposed.

Sale items and gift cards.
These exclusions concern change-of-mind returns and do not remove applicable statutory rights.
How to Request a Return
Email finance@aceperipherals.com within 7 days after delivery. Include your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for your request.
Please obtain approval and return instructions before sending anything back. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Pack the item securely to protect it during transit.
Inspection and Refunds
We will inspect the returned item and notify you whether the return meets the eligibility conditions.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time taken for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, contact us before returning the item. Once an eligible return is approved, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and details of the problem. These cases are assessed separately from change-of-mind returns.
The 7-day change-of-mind window and unopened-item requirement do not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law. Warranty claims are also handled separately.

Shipping and delivery
Singapore Delivery Charges
Singapore orders of S$1,000 and above qualify for free delivery.
For Singapore orders below S$1,000, delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
In-Stock Items
For in-stock physical items delivered within Singapore, delivery normally takes 2 to 4 working days in total, including order processing.
Working days exclude weekends. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Out-of-Stock Items and Pre-Orders
Out-of-stock items generally take 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the manufacturer and product availability.
Pre-order availability depends on the manufacturer’s release and supply schedule. Please contact us if you need an item by a particular date.
Overseas Orders
Overseas orders incur shipping charges. Available delivery methods and charges are shown at checkout.
Delivery times vary by destination, shipping method and customs processing. Any applicable import duties, taxes and customs charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
Electronic Licences and Digital Products
Products delivered electronically, such as e-licences and software licence keys, do not require physical shipping and have no shipping charge.
Physical items in the same order remain subject to the applicable delivery charges.
