Insta360 Luna Series 1/4" Thread Handle

A Small Base with More Ways to Shoot Move between a handheld view and a considered stationary shot with a compact base for your Luna camera. Insta360 Luna Series 1/4" Thread Handle combines fold-out tripod legs with a standard threaded mounting point. It clips into the camera’s lower USB-C connection and provides a rear USB-C port for supported connections. The design keeps the setup light while giving Luna Ultra and Luna Pro a practical everyday mounting option. Highlights Compatible with Insta360 Luna Ultra and Luna Pro. Built-in fold-out tripod for a stable, flat surface. Standard 1/4-inch mounting point underneath. Rear USB-C access for supported charging, transfer and audio workflows. Camera-specific locking clips and release button. Key Features Set the Camera Down with Intention Open the built-in tripod legs and place the camera on a stable, flat surface. This creates a compact support for a stationary composition without changing to a separate full-size tripod. Check the footing and balance before stepping away, particularly when other accessories are attached to the camera. Add a Standard Mounting Connection The lower 1/4-inch thread provides a route to compatible external supports. Match the accessory and complete setup before mounting. The manufacturer specifically excludes intense activities such as motorcycle riding, cycling and skiing with this handle, so a threaded connection should not be treated as permission for action-sports use. Keep Compatible USB-C Workflows Available The rear USB-C port supports the manufacturer’s described external audio, file-transfer and camera-charging workflows. Use compatible digital audio devices, cables and power equipment. For transfer, connect the target device and select File Transfer on the camera when prompted. Connection support does not imply compatibility with every USB accessory. Attach and Release the Camera Correctly Insert the handle into the lower camera connection and ensure the clips on both sides lock into place. Press and hold the release button before detaching it. At approximately 24.7 g, the handle is a small addition to a daily camera kit. It is a different accessory from the separately sold Battery Handle. Summary Insta360 Luna Series 1/4" Thread Handle offers a compact tripod, an accessory thread and rear USB-C access in one camera-specific base. It suits everyday handheld and stationary recording. Check the locking clips, use a stable surface and keep the setup within the manufacturer’s intended low-intensity use.
