Insta360 Connect Dual-4K Camera AI Video Bar

Insta360 Connect provides the camera, microphone and speaker functions required for professional hybrid meetings within one integrated video bar. Its dual-camera system combines wide room coverage with a moving telephoto camera that can frame active speakers more closely.

This arrangement is suitable for meeting rooms where participants may be seated at different distances from the display and camera.

Wide-Angle and Telephoto 4K Cameras

The wide-angle camera uses a 1/1.3-inch 48MP sensor with a 110° horizontal field of view to capture groups and meeting-room activity. Its 3× digital zoom provides additional framing flexibility.

A separate 1/2.8-inch 48MP telephoto camera is mounted on an integrated gimbal. It provides a 40° horizontal field of view, 3× digital zoom, ±35° pan and ±20° tilt for closer speaker views and automatic tracking.

Both cameras support video output up to 4K30fps.

AI Speaker Tracking

Insta360 Connect combines sound-location detection with voiceprint, face, body and lip recognition to identify and follow the person speaking. Multi-person tracking supports faster transitions as the conversation moves between participants.

This allows meetings to continue naturally without requiring someone to operate the camera manually.

Group Framing and Gallery Mode

Group Framing keeps the in-room team visible within one inclusive view. The built-in 8K Gallery Mode can present individual participants in separate windows, helping remote attendees follow reactions and contributions around the room.

The cameras’ maximum conferencing video resolution remains 4K30fps. The 8K designation refers specifically to the Gallery Mode imaging process.

Clear Audio Across the Meeting Room

A 14-microphone array captures voices from distances of up to 10 metres. Echo cancellation, automatic gain control, noise reduction and acoustic processing help maintain balanced volume while reducing background noise and room reverberation.

The integrated speaker provides 20W rated output, eliminating the need for a separate speakerphone in many small and mid-sized meeting rooms.

Built-In Whiteboard Mode

Whiteboard Mode automatically identifies, straightens and enhances a physical whiteboard within the room. It keeps the board content visible to remote participants, even when a presenter temporarily stands in front of it.

This supports training, planning sessions, classroom discussions and collaborative presentations without requiring a separate whiteboard camera.

Zoom Rooms and BYOD Compatibility

Insta360 Connect is certified for Zoom Rooms and can be deployed with a compatible Zoom Rooms computer and controller.

For BYOD meetings, users can connect a laptop through USB and run compatible conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Skype and Zoom. Available functions and interface behaviour may vary according to the conferencing platform and deployment mode.

Required computers, platform licences and room-control hardware may be sold separately.

Bluetooth Speakerphone Mode

Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity allows Connect to operate as a speakerphone for compatible mobile devices. Users can conduct voice calls through its microphone array and integrated speaker without activating the video cameras.

Physical Privacy Control

Privacy Mode physically conceals the wide-angle lens, tilts the gimbal camera down and mutes the microphones. This provides a clear visual indication that the meeting-room camera and audio pickup have been disabled.

Flexible Installation and Connectivity

The included desk stand supports straightforward tabletop installation. Optional TV and wall mounts allow the video bar to be installed above or below compatible displays, including dual-screen configurations.

Connectivity includes HDMI input, dual HDMI outputs, USB-A, USB-C, Gigabit Ethernet, dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.1.

Optional mounts, Touch Panel, extended cables and other accessories are sold separately unless included in the selected bundle.

Expandable Multi-Camera Coverage

One Insta360 Connect can support up to three compatible Insta360 Link 2 cameras for additional room coverage. This can help reduce blind spots during discussions, presentations and whiteboard sessions.

The multi-camera system supports Equal Division, Single Stream Full Screen and 1+N layouts. Insta360 Link 2 cameras and the required accessories are sold separately.
