Insta360 Ace Series Fast Charge Hub

Prepare Your Batteries Together The Insta360 Ace Series Fast Charge Hub brings a multi-battery charging routine into one compact desktop accessory. Three independent slots accommodate compatible Ace Pro 2, Ace Pro and Ace batteries, while individual indicators make their progress easy to check. Connect a suitable USB-C power adapter, load the batteries you need for the day and keep preparation organised before the next shoot. Highlights Charges up to three compatible batteries simultaneously Supports batteries for Insta360 Ace Pro 2, Ace Pro and Ace Independent charging management with overcharge protection Individual indicator lights show charging, completion and fault status Includes a USB-C cable; a suitable power adapter and batteries are sold separately Key Features One Hub For The Ace Camera Family The current hub supports genuine batteries for Ace Pro 2, Ace Pro and Ace, making it useful for a kit that includes more than one of these cameras. Each slot manages its battery independently. The hub’s broad compatibility does not make the batteries themselves interchangeable between camera models; select the correct battery for the camera you will use. Charge Several Spares At The Same Time With an appropriate power supply, the three slots can charge batteries simultaneously rather than requiring you to move each one through the camera. Insta360 recommends a 12V/3A adapter for the intended charging performance. If the available supply is below that level, the hub prioritises the battery with the highest remaining charge and the overall charging process takes longer. Clear Indicators For Each Battery An individual light beside each slot shows the charging state. Flashing amber indicates less than 80%, flashing green indicates 80% to below full, and solid green indicates a full battery. Rapid red flashing signals a malfunction, while no light indicates no battery is inserted. This lets you check preparation at a glance without switching on a camera. Charging Management With Practical Safeguards The hub includes overcharge protection and works within a published 0°C to 40°C operating range. Charging slows below 10°C. Keep its contacts clean and dry, use it away from flammable materials and disconnect the power after charging is complete. These simple steps help keep a multi-battery charging station orderly between sessions. Compact On The Desk And In The Kit The plastic hub weighs 91g and measures 74 × 56 × 31mm. A USB-C cable is included, so you can pair it with a suitable power adapter already in your kit. Batteries, battery cases and the adapter are supplied separately; the illustrated batteries demonstrate the charging arrangement rather than additional package contents. Summary The Ace Series Fast Charge Hub provides a clear, organised way to prepare several compatible camera batteries in one place. Independent slots, useful indicators and USB-C power make it a practical addition for creators who carry more than one battery. Frequently Asked Questions Which Batteries Can The Hub Charge?ExpandCollapse It supports genuine batteries for Insta360 Ace Pro 2, Ace Pro and Ace. Those batteries are not all interchangeable between the cameras, so always fit the correct battery to your camera after charging. What Power Adapter Should I Use?ExpandCollapse Insta360 recommends a 12V/3A adapter. The hub also accepts compatible 9V and 5V supplies, but a supply below 12V/3A makes it prioritise the battery with the highest remaining charge and lengthens overall charging time. The adapter is sold separately. How Long Does Hub Charging Take?ExpandCollapse The manufacturer lists approximately 53 minutes for a 1650mAh battery and 55 minutes for an 1800mAh battery using a 12V/3A supply. Actual time varies with the charging arrangement and temperature; charging slows below 10°C. What Do The Indicator Lights Mean?ExpandCollapse Flashing amber means below 80%, flashing green means 80% to below full, and solid green means full. Rapid flashing red indicates a malfunction. No light means no battery is inserted; an amber flash once indicates an inserted battery that is not charging. Are Batteries Or A Power Adapter Included?ExpandCollapse No. The package contains one Fast Charge Hub and one USB-C cable. Batteries, battery cases, camera and USB-C power adapter are sold separately. Read more
