300 dpi Continuous-Tone Printing

Full-colour YMCKO cards print in approximately 21 seconds, while resin-black cards take approximately 4.5 seconds under the manufacturer’s specified conditions.

Standard CR-80 Card Compatibility

CS-200e accepts standard CR-80 cards measuring approximately 53.98 × 85.60 mm. Supported materials include PVC and polyester cards with a polished PVC finish.

Card thickness can range from 0.25 to 1.00 mm, supporting conventional identification cards as well as selected specialised card formats.

100-Card Input Capacity

The standard input hopper holds up to 100 cards with a thickness of 0.76 mm. Its output hopper accommodates up to 50 completed cards, reducing the frequency of card loading during routine badge-production work.

An optional high-capacity input hopper can increase the loading capacity to 400 cards for higher-volume applications.

Optional Dual-Sided Printing

The standard CS-200e prints on one side of the card. An optional flipper module enables automatic dual-sided printing for applications requiring employee information, terms, contact details, barcodes or instructions on the reverse side.

The flipper module is sold separately unless explicitly included in the selected configuration.

CS-200e can be configured with optional modules for:
