Frequently Asked Questions Is This a Universal 90W Power Supply?ExpandCollapse No. It is a replacement component for the specified ASUSTOR NAS models. Wattage alone does not establish the correct connector, electrical requirements or physical fit. How Do I Check Compatibility?ExpandCollapse Read the model number on the NAS label and compare it with the supported models in this description. If the original power component differs, confirm its identity before ordering. Does a NAS That Will Not Start Always Need a New Power Supply?ExpandCollapse No. A start-up fault can have several causes. Have the symptoms checked before replacing parts, particularly if there is cable damage, an unusual smell or evidence of another hardware fault. Can I Replace It While the NAS Is Running?ExpandCollapse No. Shut down the NAS and disconnect mains power before replacement. Reconnect the replacement adapter only after confirming the correct model and cable fit. Does the Replacement Affect Stored Files?ExpandCollapse A power component does not erase or recover stored files. Keep an independent backup and use a normal shutdown whenever possible before carrying out hardware work. What Warranty Is Included?ExpandCollapse Three months. This is the replacement-part warranty stated for this offer; it does not restart the original NAS warranty. 続きを読む
