Terms & Conditions

These terms govern purchases from and use of services supplied by ACE Peripherals Pte Ltd (UEN 200907828N), Singapore. Please read them together with the Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy. They explain the responsibilities of both parties and the conditions on which we supply products and services.

Scope and agreed documents

“You” means the customer placing an order or using our services. A person ordering for a business must have authority to bind that business and provide accurate customer and delivery information. These terms apply to the extent they are incorporated into your order or engagement.

A quotation, statement of work, credit approval or other written agreement accepted by both parties takes priority over these general terms for any expressly agreed difference. Manufacturer, software and third-party service terms may also apply to their products. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Orders, acceptance and availability

Product listings, stock indicators and availability estimates are invitations to place an order. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt; it is not by itself acceptance. We accept an order when we expressly confirm acceptance or dispatch the product, unless a different acceptance process is agreed in writing.

We may decline an order before acceptance for reasons such as unavailable stock, an obvious pricing or description error, payment or fraud concerns, or legal restrictions. If payment has been collected for an order we cannot accept, we will arrange the appropriate refund. We will seek your agreement before a material substitution or price change. Accepted orders will be handled in accordance with the agreed contract and applicable law.

Where a specification, compatibility requirement, delivery deadline or intended use is critical, ask us to confirm it in writing before ordering. Product information and images may change between manufacturer revisions; images are illustrative unless a specific feature forms part of the agreed description.

Prices, savings and payment

The selected currency and checkout breakdown govern the amount payable. GST and delivery charges are calculated in checkout where applicable. International orders may also incur destination duties, taxes or clearance charges. Review the final breakdown before paying. A quotation is valid only for the period and scope stated in it.

Displayed savings compare the applicable regular or reference price with the selling price and eligible discounts. Eligibility and combination rules for promotional codes remain subject to the relevant promotion. Cart estimates may change when the quantity, destination or eligibility changes; the confirmed order records the final amount.

Payment must be received in cleared funds as agreed. Overseas orders normally require advance payment unless we approve different terms in writing. Credit facilities, limits and payment periods apply only after written approval. A corporate purchase order or credit-application submission does not itself grant credit. We may hold further fulfilment where an agreed payment is overdue, subject to existing contractual obligations and applicable law.

Ownership of physical goods remains with us until the amount due for those goods has been paid in full, to the extent permitted by law. Risk passes on delivery to you or your authorised recipient, unless another lawful arrangement is agreed. This does not reduce any remedy for goods lost or damaged before delivery.

Delivery, pre-orders and special orders

Delivery charges, processing estimates and overseas arrangements are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed in writing. Let us know before ordering if timing is essential.

Pre-orders, special orders, custom configurations and digital licences may involve supplier commitments. Cancellation or change requests must be made promptly and require our agreement, subject to any mandatory cancellation rights. Approved charges or non-cancellable commitments must be disclosed or agreed; these terms do not create an automatic cancellation fee. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will discuss the applicable remedy with you.

Ensure that the delivery address, authorised recipient and access arrangements are correct. Contact us promptly about missing, damaged or incorrect deliveries so that we can investigate. Any request to report promptly supports investigation and does not impose a cut-off on statutory rights.

Returns and refunds

Our Returns and Refunds Policy provides a seven-day voluntary change-of-mind return process for eligible Singapore available-stock orders. Items must be untouched, unused and unopened with original seals, packaging, accessories and labels intact, and proof of purchase is required.

Pre-orders and special orders, custom or personalised products, opened or used items, issued or exposed software keys, sale items and gift cards are excluded from that voluntary process. Overseas change-of-mind requests are assessed separately. Obtain return approval and instructions before sending an item back. Approved change-of-mind return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items and warranty claims are assessed separately. The seven-day period and unopened-item conditions do not remove any remedy available under applicable law. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, subject to the bank or provider’s processing time.

Warranty and service responsibilities

Warranty coverage depends on the specific product, serial number, purchase evidence, applicable supplier or manufacturer terms and any additional written coverage we provide. Do not assume one product’s duration or replacement arrangement applies to another. Our Warranty Check and Warranty Registration tools support enquiries and record verification. A submission, receipt acknowledgement or displayed pending status is not approval of a claim or an extension of coverage.

Follow the product’s installation, operating and safety instructions. Where relevant, assessment may consider damage, misuse, unauthorised modification and other exclusions in the applicable warranty. Any chargeable diagnosis, repair or work outside agreed coverage must be disclosed for approval. Manufacturer warranty terms do not displace rights against the seller that applicable law preserves.

Before repair, recovery, configuration or other work involving your equipment or data, keep a verified backup, remove unnecessary personal information and agree any essential handling requirements with us. Do not provide passwords through public forms. No recovery or preservation of data is guaranteed unless expressly agreed; responsibility for a failure remains subject to the agreed service and applicable law.

Calculators, advice and digital services

RAID and NVR calculator results are planning estimates based on the inputs and assumptions shown. Usable capacity, recording time, compatibility and performance depend on hardware, formatting, workload, settings and manufacturer requirements. Results and saved enquiries do not reserve stock or constitute a quotation, warranty or engineering design. Confirm the complete configuration before purchase.

Software, cloud subscriptions and third-party services are subject to the relevant licence, activation, renewal and usage terms. You are responsible for choosing authorised users and maintaining lawful use. Any installation, migration, integration or ongoing support is included only where stated in the accepted scope.

Website use and intellectual property

Use this website and customer tools lawfully. Do not submit misleading information, impersonate another person, misuse another customer’s serial numbers or documents, interfere with security, scrape in breach of applicable restrictions, or upload malicious or unlawful material. We may restrict abusive or unauthorised access where reasonably necessary, while respecting existing customer rights.

Our content, branding, designs and original materials, and the respective rights of manufacturers and other owners, remain protected by intellectual-property law. Purchase does not transfer those rights or authorise resale of software licences contrary to their terms. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.

Liability and events beyond reasonable control

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights. Any exclusion or limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law and, where required, only if reasonable.

For business customers, subject to the preceding paragraph and any separately agreed terms, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or anticipated savings. Our aggregate contractual liability for a claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount paid for the affected product or service, only where that limitation is lawful and reasonable in the circumstances. This does not override a liability expressly accepted in a written agreement or a remedy the law requires us to provide.

Neither party is responsible for a failure caused by an event beyond its reasonable control to the extent the law permits, but the affected party should notify the other and take reasonable steps to reduce disruption. This does not excuse payment already due, allow us to retain payment for goods we will not supply without a lawful basis, or remove applicable cancellation or refund rights.

We encourage both parties to try to resolve a dispute promptly and in good faith. Singapore law governs these terms and Singapore courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory law or forum rights that apply to a consumer or transaction. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent legally possible.

We may update these terms for future use and orders. The version incorporated when an order is accepted applies to that order unless both parties agree otherwise or law requires a change. An update does not retrospectively remove an existing right or impose a new charge.
