D-Link DWR-910M 4G LTE Wi-Fi 6 USB Hotspot Adapter

Turn a Powered USB Port Into Shared Mobile Wi-Fi The D-Link DWR-910M brings a mobile data connection to a compact USB-powered hotspot. Insert a compatible data SIM, connect the adapter to a suitable powered USB port and share its 4G LTE connection with nearby wireless devices. The Wi-Fi 6 version supports up to 32 connected clients and a published wireless link rate up to 287Mbps. It is useful for a temporary workspace, travel or a small group that needs its own connection, without carrying a separate battery-powered router. Highlights Mobile Internet Sharing 4G LTE connection using a separately supplied data SIM Up to 32 connected wireless clients Internal cellular and Wi-Fi antennas Compact USB Design USB 2.0 connection and 5V DC power Small body without a separate router battery Built-in connection software with web configuration Wireless Connection IEEE 802.11ax Wi-Fi 6 with b/g/n compatibility Published Wi-Fi 6 link rate up to 287Mbps WPA/WPA2-PSK security and MAC filtering Key Features A Personal Connection for a Small Group Share a mobile data connection between a laptop, phone, tablet and other Wi-Fi clients. The adapter creates the wireless network using a compatible SIM and cellular service rather than depending on an available public hotspot. Coverage, roaming permissions, data allowance and APN settings remain dependent on the chosen network operator. Stay Connected From a Powered USB Port The USB-powered design suits a compatible laptop, desktop or another suitable USB power source. Keep the adapter connected while in use; it does not have a built-in battery for cable-free operation. A powered USB port supplies the hotspot but does not automatically make every host or appliance compatible with USB mobile data. Wi-Fi 6 for Nearby Devices The current Wi-Fi 6 model supports IEEE 802.11ax and older b/g/n clients, with up to 32 connected devices. Its published 287Mbps wireless link is separate from the mobile network connection. The number of clients is a connection limit rather than a promise that every client receives the maximum rate at once. Compact Antennas Without External Aerials Internal LTE and Wi-Fi antennas keep the adapter easy to carry and position beside a computer. Choose a location with a suitable cellular signal and ventilation. A compact indoor hotspot cannot compensate for missing operator coverage or an incompatible mobile frequency band. Manage the Connection Through a Browser Built-in software and a web interface provide a practical setup route without a CD-ROM drive. The manufacturer lists Windows 7, 8, 10 and 11 for its connection software. Configure the operator APN where required, change default access details and protect the Wi-Fi password before sharing the network. Match the SIM and Network Before Travelling The published regional band support includes LTE and WCDMA fallback. Check the destination operator against the supported bands and verify that the SIM plan permits use in a router. A physical SIM slot does not establish eSIM support, a bundled mobile subscription or guaranteed service in every country. Summary The D-Link DWR-910M is a compact choice for sharing mobile Internet from a powered USB port. Its Wi-Fi 6 connection and internal antennas make temporary connectivity straightforward when a compatible SIM, suitable power source and usable cellular coverage are available. Frequently Asked Questions Does It Include a Mobile Data Plan?ExpandCollapse No. A compatible active data SIM and service plan are required separately. Check the operator’s bands, APN, coverage and router-use terms. Does It Work Without USB Power?ExpandCollapse No. The adapter needs a suitable powered USB port and has no built-in router battery. Keep it powered while sharing the connection. How Many Devices Can Connect?ExpandCollapse The Wi-Fi 6 version supports up to 32 wireless clients. They share the available cellular and wireless capacity; actual performance depends on coverage, signal, traffic and the client devices. Is It a USB Wi-Fi Client Adapter?ExpandCollapse It is a mobile hotspot with a SIM connection. It creates a Wi-Fi network from mobile data rather than simply adding Wi-Fi reception to a computer. USB host-data support depends on the supported software and host. Can I Use It Overseas?ExpandCollapse Check the destination operator’s bands and the SIM plan’s roaming and router-use permissions. Supported bands do not guarantee service or mobile-plan eligibility in every country. What Warranty Is Included?ExpandCollapse Main unit 3 years; battery 6 months where fitted; accessories 3 months. 더 보기
