Ubiquiti UVC-G5-Dome-Ultra 2K Indoor PoE Camera

Low-profile 2K security for indoor spaces The Ubiquiti G5 Dome Ultra is a compact PoE camera for discreet indoor monitoring in shops, offices and shared spaces. It combines 2K video, people and vehicle detections, and built-in infrared illumination in a small impact-resistant dome. A single Ethernet cable connects it to a UniFi Protect system and supplies power, making it useful where a visible camera must fit neatly into the room. Highlights Clear everyday coverage 4MP video at 2688 × 1512 and up to 30fps. Wide 102.4° horizontal field of view. Built-in IR night vision out to 20M. Compact and protected Small 63.6 mm diameter enclosure. IK06 impact resistance. White and black finishes to match the installation. Simple Protect deployment PoE power with maximum consumption of 4.2W. Included standard surface mount. Optional dedicated flush mount and compatible junction boxes. Key Features A small dome that fits the interior The narrow housing suits indoor areas where a larger camera could distract from the room's design. Choose black for darker fittings or white for lighter ceilings. The aluminium-alloy and polycarbonate construction provides a practical enclosure, while the IK06 impact rating addresses casual tampering in accessible locations. A wide fixed view for general monitoring The fixed lens captures a 102.4° horizontal view, with 4MP 2K footage at up to 30fps. This suits general observation of a reception area, walkway or shop floor. Positioning remains important: a wide view covers more of the room but gives distant subjects a smaller share of the image. Useful detection without reviewing every movement Protect supports smart detections for people, vehicles and animals on this camera. Use detections and the recording timeline to find relevant activity more efficiently. Night viewing and image adjustment Integrated infrared LEDs and an IR cut filter support night viewing out to 20M in suitable conditions. Exposure, white balance, contrast and noise-reduction controls help tune the picture for the actual indoor scene. Privacy masking can exclude portions of the image that should not be recorded. One cable for power and video The 10/100 Mbps RJ45 port carries network traffic and PoE power. Maximum consumption is 4.2W, helping the installer budget power across several cameras. Provide a suitable PoE switch or injector and Ethernet cabling separately, then adopt the camera into a compatible UniFi Protect console with recording storage. Choose surface or recessed installation Standard surface mounting is included. A dedicated G5 Dome Ultra flush-mount accessory can recess the camera into a suitable wall or ceiling, and compatible junction boxes can help manage cabling. Specialised mounts are separate purchases. Use this model indoors; an operating-temperature range is not an outdoor weatherproof rating. Summary The G5 Dome Ultra suits buyers who want compact indoor 2K monitoring with night vision and Protect event review. Choose the finish and suitable mount, and include the PoE and recording components required to make the installation operational. Magbasa pa
